Good Witch's Wonder

Cassie Nightingale is back for a seventh film with an all new mystery to solve. Her stepson Brandon and his fiancee Tara have suddenly decided to rush their wedding, leaving Cassie only days to plan it. Martha has been elected mayor of Middleton and has pushed Caddie into running a silent auction to raise money for the Middleton Botanical Gardens. Cassie meets a new arrival to Middleton and immediately hires her to help run the Bell, Book & Candle. However, Audrey may be hiding something. When donations for the auction turn up missing, it's up to Cassie, with a little help from her husband Jake, the local Chief of Police, to solve the mystery and set everything to rights.

I love the way they have kept so many of the characters from the previous stories as well as introducing new ones along the way. The kids have grown up and the family has grown closer together, adding new members with every story. These are some of my favorite movies, and my entire family loves watching them together. The Good Witch's Wonder premieres Saturday, October 25 at 9/8c.

In case you missed one of the movies, here's are the titles (and my reviews) in order:

The Good Witch
The Good Witch's Garden
The Good Witch's Gift
The Good Witch's Family
The Good Witch's Charm
The Good Witch's Destiny
The Good Witch's Wonder

The Good Witch's Destiny

Hallmark
I love the Good Witch series on Hallmark Channel. I've been watching it for years and have loved every movie. The latest movie, the Good Witch's Destiny, brings the entire family back together again to celebrate a birthday, with magical style.

This new story debuts Saturday, October 26th. And for those of you who may have missed a part of this great series, they're replaying all 6 films in order. Starting at 11am with The Good Witch, The Good Witch's Garden at 1pm, The Good Witch's Gift at 3pm, The Good Witch's Family at 5pm, The Good Witch's Charm at 7pm, and finally the Good Witch's Destiny at 9pm. They are definitely worth making time to watch.

The Good Witch's Charm

Hallmark
I love the Good Witch series of movies. They are magical, wonderful, family stories about finding the best way to solve your problems. Well, now there's a fifth movie premiering this Saturday, October 27, 2012 on Hallmark channel.

Picking up where The Good Witch's Family left off, Cassie is struggling to juggle her new job as Mayor with the demands of motherhood. She and her husband, Sheriff Jake are feeling overwhelmed by work and their new baby girl, and are looking forward to a much needed vacation. Unfortunately, things are never that simple for the Good Witch.

Hallmark
A sudden crime wave strikes Middleton, and a video of Cassie magically disappearing is posted to the internet. On the home front, Cassie's foster mother shows up unexpectedly and her stepdaughter Lori is accused of the robberies. Things are looking bleak for Cassie, but with the support of her family and friends, I'm sure Cassie will be able to save the day once again with her own personal style of magic.

Prior to the premiere, Hallmark has planned an all day Good Witch marathon. This will give you a chance to catch up on any you may have missed. The series includes The Good Witch, The Good Witch's Garden, The Good Witch's Gift, The Good Witch's Family, and the new movie, The Good Witch's Charm. A sixth movie called The Good Witch's Destiny is currently being filmed and is set to debut in October 2013.

The Good Witch's Family

All images: Hallmark
I love the Good Witch series of movies with Catherine Bell. They are wonderful, magical, uplifting stories of a good witch and the people that become her family. In the third movie, the Good Witch's Gift, Cassie Nightingale married Police Chief Jake Russell, after many difficulties.

In the fourth movie, they are settling in to life as a family, although things in Middleton are far from settled. The town is divided over the construction of a bridge that would link the town to a larger city. In the midst of this turmoil, Cassie's cousin Abigail has arrived for an extended visit. But Abigail is jealous of Cassie's happiness and decides to cause a little trouble of her own. With Abigail's "double, double, toil and trouble" attitude wreaking havoc on Cassie's family and the fate of the town up in the air, what's a good witch to do?

I can't wait until this premieres on the Hallmark Channel on October 29, 2011. I'm sure it will be just as wonderful as the previous films, but I've heard that this one doesn't have the grandfather in it, which is rather sad. I've also heard that they plan to make a fifth installment to this series, so hopefully he'll be back.

The Good Witch's Gift

I love the Good Witch movies. The stories are magical and all about the importance of family, either the one you're born into or the one you find for yourself. The latest film in the series tells the story of Cassie and Jake's wedding, and the struggles they go through to reach the altar.

It seems that as soon as they settle on Christmas Eve for their wedding day, things begin to go wrong. First, Jake is having trouble proving Cassie's existence so that they can obtain a wedding license. Then, Cassie entrusts her mother's ring to Lori, who promptly loses it. Then there's Brandon 's girlfriend, whose father has recently been released from jail and seems bent on making trouble for Jake. Add to this Martha Tinsdale, who has been forced to find a job by her husband's real estate losses, and has decided that she should plan the entire wedding. Of course, by the end, everything works out for the best and the entire family can happily settle down to their new life together (and hopefully more movies!)

The Good Witch's Gift premieres on November 13, at 9/8c.

The Good Witch

Two of my favorite fall movies are The Good Witch and The Good Witch's Garden. Catherine Bell is fantastic as Cassie Nightingale and I love Chris Potter as Police Chief Jake Russell. When a mysterious woman moves into the local haunted house in a small town, residents wonder whether she is a witch. When she opens a shop called Bell, Book, and Candle, the mayor's wife starts a campaign to get her out of town. Will Cassie be able to work her magic on the town and be welcomed into the community?

In The Good Witch's Garden, the entire town is preparing to celebrate their 200th anniversary. Cassie offers to host the party at her home, the oldest in town. To help make ends meet, she opens her home to guests as a bed and breakfast. However, there's something suspicious about her guest. Will she be able to keep her home and help the community? Perhaps with a little magic.

I love these stories. They are romantic and magical stories that can be watched by the whole family. Not only do my sister and I enjoy watching them, but so does Bean and even her grandpa. Hallmark usually plays them in October because the end of the Good Witch takes place on Halloween. They are well worth watching.
