Have you heard the news? Phineas and Ferb are coming back! Disney has ordered 40 new episodes from creator Dan Povenmire. The episodes will be split into two seasons and air on one of Disney's collection of TV channels. No date has been announced for when these new episodes will arrive, but for now, it's enough to know that Phineas and Ferb are back!
All of the previous Phineas and Ferb episodes and movies are currently available on DisneyPlus.
It's that time of year again! Time for weird and wonderful Christmas commercials, mostly from the UK.
Aldi has another tale starring Kevin the Carrot. This time he's taking on Ebanana Scrooge in A Christmas Carol.
John Lewis has an interesting take on Christmas this year. Young Nathan discovers Skye has unexpectedly crashed landed on Earth, so of course he has to teach her about Christmas.
Barbour is celebrating Christmas with the ever adorable Paddington Bear.
Coca-Cola has a delightful commercial about the magic of chimneys.
I'm sure there will be more wonderful commercials before Christmas this year, but at least we're off to a good start.
I loved watching The Muppet Showwhen I wasa kid. It was zany and wild, full of music, silly skits like "Pigs in Space", and crazy guest stars. The series debuted 45 years ago and ran for five seasons. If you loved The Muppet Show as much as I did, then I have some great news for you. Starting on February 19, all five seasons will be available on DisneyPlus.
When asked how he felt about the news, Kermit said, "It’s going to be great to welcome back longtime fans, and to give a new generation of fans a chance to see how we got our start, how Miss Piggy became a star and so much more. Today, I’m proud to say: ‘It’s time to play the music, light the lights and meet the Muppets on Disney Plus tonight!’ And as for Statler and Waldorf, the two old guys in the balcony, I can only add: ‘Sorry, guys, but….here we go again."
Loki, a Marvel series coming to DisneyPlus in May 2021, finally has its first trailer. It looks like our favorite quasi-villain is up to his usual tricks. I can't wait!
Rolie Polie Olie was one of my favorite Playhouse Disney shows. It was so sweet and gentle and delightfully retro. I still like to watch the Christmas episodes, especially the one about Snowie, every year.

Tonight, Disney is bring us another night of musical merriment, this time with a holiday twist. The Disney Holiday Singalong is an hour long event hosted, once again, by Ryan Seacrest. It will include animated on-screen lyrics to help you sing along to favorite Disney songs and classic carols.

In addition to the magic of a Disney singalong, the show is meant to raise awareness for Disney's Feed the Love campaign. They're working with Feeding America, Toys for Tots, and One Simple Wish to give back to families in need and inspire hope in our communities. The Disney Holiday Singalong airs at 8PM ET on ABC. And if you miss it, it will be available on Hulu starting tomorrow, but it will only be there for 7 days, so don't wait to watch.
Tomorrow evening, when you've finished Thanksgiving dinner, settle down with the family to watch the fifth anniversary of The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration. Derek and Julianne Hough have returned as the hosts of this delightful musical holiday celebration. This year's show will be a mix of new performances and favorites from previous years.

It should be a lot of fun! The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration begins at 9/8c Thanksgiving night on ABC.
Season 7 of Agents of SHIELDis definitely my favorite. The constant jumps through time, the fantastic costumes, and pop culture references are amazing! In between all of the era hopping, the cast took a minute to share their time travel tips.
It may be the final season, but they are definitely going out on top. Marvel'sAgents of SHIELD airs Wednesdays at 10PM ET.
The Muppets are back with an all-new series! Beginning July 31, the Muppets will bring their zany antics to DisneyPlus in Muppets Now. I can't wait!
Here's the official synopsis from Disney:
“Muppets Now” is The Muppets Studio’s first unscripted series and first original series for Disney+. In the six-episode season, Scooter rushes to make his delivery deadlines and upload the brand-new Muppet series for streaming. They are due now, and he’ll need to navigate whatever obstacles, distractions, and complications the rest of the Muppet gang throws at him.
I can't believe we're approaching the final mission of Agents of SHIELD. I have enjoyed watching their weekly escapades and the way their stories touch on those of the Avengers movies. But, all good things must come to an end. The final season, which began two weeks ago, is full of time travel and adventures through the history of SHIELD.
New episodes debut every Wednesday at 10PM Eastern time and are available on Hulu the following day.
