There is so much to see in Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios. As it is supposed to look like you've become a toy in Andy's backyard, there are giant blocks and toy soldiers, tinker toys and belt buckles, strings of monkeys escaping their barrel and cardboard punch outs, and, of course, toys like Rex, Hamm, Jessie and Buzz. There are also a few fun boxes Andy saved, like this Lass-O's cereal featuring Jessie and the prizes from Toy Story Mania.

The trailer also teases the anticipated reunion of Woody and Buzz following Woody’s decision to leave the gang and start helping lost toys at the end of 2019’s “Toy Story 4.” As the toys face the tech devices of today, it’s going to be all hands on deck with some familiar and all-new characters.
Several actors have joined the incredible roster of voice talent including Craig Robinson as Atlas, a cheerful talking GPS hippo toy; Shelby Rabara as the excitable camera toy Snappy; Scarlett Spears as the sweet and shy 8-year-old Bonnie; Mykal-Michelle Harris as Blaze, an independent 8-year-old girl who loves animals; and Matty Matheson as the tech-fearing toy Dr. Nutcase.
Also rounding out the voice cast are John Ratzenberger as the wisecracking piggybank Hamm; Wallace Shawn as Rex, the anxiety-riddled tyrannosaurus rex toy; Blake Clark as the ever-loyal Slinky Dog; Jeff Bergman as the sarcastic Mr. Potato Head; Anna Vocino as the nurturing Mrs. Potato Head; Annie Potts as the adventure-loving Bo Peep; Bonnie Hunt as the wise rag-doll Dolly; Melissa Villaseñor as Karen Beverly, Bonnie’s homemade toy fashioned out of a plastic knife; John Hopkins as the dignified hedgehog plush toy Mr. Pricklepants; Kristen Schaal as the plastic triceratops toy Trixie; Ernie Hudson as the action figure Combat Carl; and Keanu Reeves as Canadian daredevil toy Duke Caboom.
The previously announced voice cast includes Tom Hanks (Woody), Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear), Joan Cusack (Jessie), Greta Lee (Lilypad), Conan O’Brien (Smarty Pants) and Tony Hale (Forky).
Can you believe Pixar has been around for 40 years? In that time, they've made 29 films (all of which are available on DisneyPlus). I can't wait to see what adventures they create in the years to come.
The Toy Storytree is one of my favorites of the Christmas Tree Stroll in Disney Springs. It features Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Rex, Little Green Man baubles, Rex, Pixar balls, Woody's sheriff badge, and more. And it's topped with a certain little Angel Kitty from the Christmas short Toy Story That Time Forgot.
The first teaser trailer and poster for Toy Story 5have arrived and it looks like the age of toys is over: Bonnie is entering the world of electronics. All of our favorite toys are back for this one (although I am wondering how this ties into the ending of Toy Story 4.)
In the teaser, fans are introduced to the new character Lilypad, a high-tech frog-shaped smart tablet voiced by Greta Lee that makes Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the rest of the gang’s jobs exponentially harder when they have to go head to head with the all-new threat to playtime.
Tom Hanks returns as the ever loyal cowboy Woody, Tim Allen reports for duty as Buzz Lightyear, and Joan Cusack saddles up again as the rootin’ tootin’ cowgirl Jessie. It was recently announced that Conan O’Brien will also be a part of the voice cast as the toilet training tech toy, Smarty Pants.

I finally had the chance to watch Pixar'sLightyear yesterday and I absolutely loved it! The story is fantastic, a bit of a nod to 90s era sci-fi, which is perfect for a movie young Andy was supposed to have watched in 1995. The characters are wonderful, and they grow throughout the movie as good characters should. (Sox is definitely my favorite character!) I can see this one becoming a go-to favorite in my house.
Lightyear is now on DisneyPlus. It arrives on Blu-ray on September 13.
