The Zombie Apocalypse Has Begun

Marvel Zombies has arrived on DisneyPlus and with it, the zombie apocalypse has begun. This spin-off of What If...? is Marvel's first TV-MA animated series.

Here's the official synopsis from Marvel: 

After the Avengers are overtaken by a zombie plague, a desperate group of survivors discover the key to bringing an end to the super-powered undead, racing across a dystopian landscape and risking life and limb to save their world. 

"Marvel Zombies" features the voices of Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Tessa Thompson, Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Hailee Steinfeld, Wyatt Russell, Randall Park, Iman Vellani, and Dominique Thorne, among others.

All four episodes of Marvel Zombies are available now on DisneyPlus.

The first trailer for Marvel Zombies has arrived and it looks delightfully dark. The series has its beginnings in a Season 1 episode of What If...?. In "What If... Zombies?", nearly the entire world has been infected by a zombie virus from the Quantum Realm. That includes many of our favorite superheroes: Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Hawkeye, and Wanda Maximoff.

Warning: This is NOT a kids' animated series. This 4-part series is rated TV-MA.

Marvel's What If...? Is Coming To An End

The first full trailer for Season 3 of Marvel's What If...? has arrived and it is jam packed with characters. From returning favorites like Captain Carter and Kahhori, to new faces like Agatha Harkness and Shang-Chi, there's something for everyone. And then there's the unexpected crossover where X-Men's Storm is now Thor. 

"Witness the season that ends it all..."

The final season of What If...? arrives on DisneyPlus on December 22nd.

New episodes will debut each day for 8 days.

Marvel Series Coming To DisneyPlus

There are so many amazing Marvel series headed to DisneyPlus this fall and next year. Three new animated series, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Eyes of Wakanda, and Marvel Zombies join a third season of What If...?. There are also three new live-action series. Daredevil: Born Again is a continuation of the Daredevil series that appeared on Netflix for 3 seasons. Ironheart is a spin off from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever about young superhero Riri Williams. And Wonder Man, the most obscure of the series, is a bit of a show within a show, where the main character is an actor who gets the lead role in a show called "Wonder Man".

And, finally, Deadpool & Wolverine is headed to DisneyPlus next week. I can't wait to watch it again because it was so much fun the first time.

Deadpool & Wolverine arrives on November 12.

What If…? returns with daily episodes beginning on December 22.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man joins the lineup on January 29, 2025.

Daredevil: Born Again arrives on March 4, 2025.

Ironheart debuts on June 24, 2025.

Eyes of Wakanda arrives on August 6, 2025.

Marvel Zombies debuts in time for Halloween in October 2025.

Wonder Man is set to appear in December 2025.

What If...? Season 3 Sneak Peek

Marvel's What If...? series is always interesting. All nine episodes of Season 2 have now been released, and I think I enjoyed it even more than Season 1. "What If... Kahhori Reshaped The World?" was definitely my favorite this season. So many of the episodes tied into each other and drew you in that the season finale came far too soon. Fortunately, Marvel has already teased Season 3. It looks like the Red Guardian and the Winter Soldier are going on a road trip.

The release date for What If...? Season 3 has not yet been announced.

The second season of Marvel's animated series What If...? is headed to DisneyPlus this December. It looks like it's going to be another wild ride through the Multiverse with lots of unexpected twists and turns. And even, perhaps, a Christmas episode or two?

What If... arrives on DisneyPlus on December 22. New episodes will debut daily for nine days.
