Doctor Who Season 2 Is Headed Our Way

The first trailer for season 2 of the latest incarnation of Doctor Who has arrived and it looks just as madcap and delightful as ever. Once again, the Doctor is in need of a companion. After all, it wouldn't do to travel through all of time and space alone!

Here's the official synopsis from the BBC & Disney: 

The Doctor meets Belinda Chandra and begins an epic quest to get her back to Earth. But a mysterious force is stopping their return and the time-traveling TARDIS team must face great dangers, bigger enemies and wider terrors than ever before.

The new season stars Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor, Varada Sethu as Belinda Chandra and Millie Gibson as Ruby Sunday. Previously announced guest cast includes Rose Ayling-Ellis, Christopher Chung, Anita Dobson, Michelle Greenidge, Jonah Hauer-King, Ruth Madeley, Jemma Redgrave and Susan Twist. And, appearing as Mr. Ring-a-Ding in episode 2 is the incomparable Alan Cumming.

Doctor Who Season 2 arrives on DisneyPlus on April 12th. New episodes will debut each Saturday.

Troll Topiary

I love seeing the various topiaries at the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival each year. From popular Disney and Pixar characters, to a Marvel character or two, and a few that just represent their country's pavilion perfectly, there's something fun around every corner. This Troll in front of the Norway Pavilion was one of my favorite topiaries at last year's festival.
