I love seeing the chocolate displays at Disney World every year. From over-the-top eggs at the Resorts at Easter to full chocolate scenes at EPCOT during the Food and Wine Festival, there are so many amazing chocolate designs to see.
Unfortunately, I can't always make it to the parks while these delicious displays are available. So you can imagine my delight when I discovered the videos of Chocolatier Amaury Guichon. His chocolate creations are on another level! And the process of creating these amazing designs is just fascinating. This video of a kraken holding a captive ship is a recreation of his first design, which he brought to life at the age of 16. Incredible!
