The Programs have exited the Grid! In Disney's Tron: Ares, a Program, Ares, is being used as the ultimate soldier, but he has other ideas.
Here's the official synopsis from Disney:
"Tron: Ares" follows a highly sophisticated Program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings. The film stars Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, and Cameron Monaghan, with Gillian Anderson, and Jeff Bridges.
Tron: Ares arrives in theaters on October 10th.
