LAIKA's next film is a unique take on a fairytale called Wildwood. Based on the book by The Decemberists' Colin Meloy, the story follows young Prue McKeel as she tries to rescue her baby brother from a land full of talking animals. This behind-the-scenes look focuses on one such animal: a giant golden eagle named The General. The General, voiced by Angela Bassett, is the protector of the Wildwood.

LAIKA is bringing ParaNormanback to theaters just in time for Halloween. I love the wild story of a little boy who can see and talk to ghosts, and is suddenly tasked with protecting his town from a witch's ghost.
Newly remastered in 3D, the film will also include an all new short called ParaNorman: The Thrifting.
