LEGO BrickHeadz are pretty cool. I love the Beauty and the Beast, Pirates of the Caribbean and Marvel figures. And this year, they came up with a holiday collection that is absolutely adorable. My favorites are Santa and Mrs Claus. Mrs Claus is wearing a frilly apron and serving cookies. Santa has a tiny bag of presents and a little Christmas tree.

A Festive Flurry of Fun at Hollywood Studios

The holidays have arrived at Hollywood Studios in a "Flurry of Fun". Through January 6, explore festive shows, snow, Christmas decorations, and holly, jolly treats. Hollywood Tower Hotel becomes a canvas for holiday stories of Disney characters. Every night ends with Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!, a spectacular of music, fireworks, special effects, and projections. And a delightful array of sweet treats can be found throughout the park.

The First Teaser Trailer for The Lion King is Here

The first teaser trailer for next year's live-action The Lion King is here and it looks incredible. It's a recreation of the opening scene from the 1994 cartoon. The new film will have the same familiar story as the original, along with songs both old and new.

James Earl Jones is back as the voice of Mufasa, which is fantastic. And the rest of the cast is made up of some amazing talent.

Thanksgiving Movies To Enjoy

There aren't too many movies that are about Thanksgiving, and many of the ones that take place on the holiday aren't very family friendly. Here are a few of my favorites that the entire family can enjoy.

Jim Henson Company

Turkey Hollow is a peculiar yet delightful film for the whole family from the mind of the great Jim Henson. Tim and Annie's parents recently divorced and they are spending Thanksgiving with their overwhelmed father. He takes them to Turkey Hollow to visit his rather eccentric Aunt Cly. After a misunderstanding with one of Cly's neighbors threatens her farm, Tim decides to help by taking a photo of the local legend, the Howling Hoodoo. In the end, he gets a bit more than he bargained for and the whole family discovers something amazing and unexpected.

CBS

One Special Night is a lovely story about finding a second chance at love. Robert, played by James Garner, is struggling with how to help his wife, who is suffering from Alzheimer's. Catherine, a pediatric cardiologist played by Julie Andrews, has lost her husband, but is having difficulty moving on. On Thanksgiving, a snowstorm forces them to spend the night in a small cabin they stumble across. After an entire evening of talking, they learn a lot about each other as well as themselves, and discover that they still have a lot of living left to do.

An Old-Fashioned Thanksgiving is based on a short story by Louisa May Alcott. Mary Bassett is a widow with three children who is barely scraping by. When she informs the family that they will be unable to afford a turkey for Thanksgiving, the eldest daughter, Tilly decides to take matters into her own hands. Tilly, an aspiring writer, pens a letter to her wealthy grandmother Isabella, who has been estranged from the family for many years. While Mary resents her mother's interference, Tilly and her siblings look forward to getting to know Isabella.

20th Century Fox

This final film begins on Thanksgiving, but is actually a Christmas movie. Miracle on 34th Street, the classic film with Edmund Gwenn, Natalie Wood, and Maureen O'Hara is my favorite way to kick off the holidays. The story begins with a replacement Santa named Kris Kringle in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Kris becomes the store Santa at Macy's and begins to have an unexpectedly wonderful effect on the store and it's employees and customers. As Kris begins to spend time with young Susan Walker and her mother Doris, he helps them change their lives for the better. When he's put on trial for claiming that he is actually Santa Claus, the people he's helped must now help him.

Just One Month Left Until Mary Poppins Returns

These Mary Poppins Returns Character Posters Are Delightful

With a little over a month before Mary Poppins Returns arrives in theaters, Disney has released five character posters and a sneak peek featuring a song sung by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Emily Blunt takes on the role of Mary Poppins in the sequel. She returns to the Bank's house on Cherry Tree Lane to help grownup Jane and Michael, along with Michael's three young children.

The First Dumbo Trailer and Poster Have Arrived!

The first full trailer for Disney's live-action Dumbo has arrived! It looks like it will be another gorgeous Tim Burton film, full of twists and turns.

From Disney and visionary director Tim Burton, the all-new grand live-action adventure Dumbo expands on the beloved classic story where differences are celebrated, family is cherished and dreams take flight. Circus owner Max Medici (Danny DeVito) enlists former star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) and his children Milly (Nico Parker) and Joe (Finley Hobbins) to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock in an already struggling circus. But when they discover that Dumbo can fly, the circus makes an incredible comeback, attracting persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Toy Story 4 Character Posters

Disney and Pixar have released four character posters for Toy Story 4. All of the posters feature a character on a simple background and the June 2019 release date. Buzz Lightyear and Woody represent the original toys from the series.

Forky, who was introduced in the teaser, is a spork turned toy thanks to Bonnie's arts and crafts skills. He doesn't look like he's happy about being a toy.

Bunny and Ducky, a couple of hilarious carnival toys, were introduced in a silly "teaser reaction" video.

Here's what Pixar has to say about these crazy characters: "Woody’s journey in “Toy Story 4” includes a visit to a carnival where he meets Ducky and Bunny, two carnival prizes who are eager to be won. But when their plans are rudely interrupted by Woody and his friends, they find themselves on an unexpected adventure with a group of toys who have no idea what it feels like to be tacked to a prize wall."
