This year's Halloween creation from Amaury Guichon is a LEGO Frankenstein Minifigure with a Pumpkin Bucket, made entirely of chocolate. 

This creepy cute chocolate creature has had a good night trick or treating: his bucket is overflowing with pumpkin caramel filled LEGO blocks. Yum!

Amaury Guichon's latest Disney chocolate sculpture was inspired by Beauty and the Beast, which has always been my favorite fairytale. He created both an incredible chocolate enchanted rose under a sugar dome and a very lifelike Lumiere.

Gorgeous, right? I can't wait to see what design he creates next.

I love watching Amaury Guichon build spectacular creations out of chocolate. It's amazing to see how such simple shapes come together to become something wonderful. His Disney & Pixar designs are definitely my favorite. This Wall-E is fantastic.

It never fails to amaze me seeing the things that Amaury Guichon can create in chocolate. His latest creation is a giant block of cheese holding my favorite little chef, Remy the rat. The finished sculpture is simply incredible.

I love watching Amaury Guichon create amazing, and often unexpected, chocolate designs. His latest creation is Carl Fredricksen's house from Pixar's UP. With hundreds of fruit filled bonbons for the balloons, it would be stunning (and delicious) even if it sat on a table, but no, this chocolate house floats!

I love seeing the chocolate displays at Disney World every year. From over-the-top eggs at the Resorts at Easter to full chocolate scenes at EPCOT during the Food and Wine Festival, there are so many amazing chocolate designs to see. 

Unfortunately, I can't always make it to the parks while these delicious displays are available. So you can imagine my delight when I discovered the videos of Chocolatier Amaury Guichon. His chocolate creations are on another level! And the process of creating these amazing designs is just fascinating. This video of a kraken holding a captive ship is a recreation of his first design, which he brought to life at the age of 16. Incredible!
