Karate Kid: Legends looks like such an intriguing blend of nostalgia (it looks like Mr. Miyagi's house has not changed), and something new, with Li Fong using both Kung Fu and Karate.

Here's the official synopsis from Sony: 

In Karate Kid: Legends, after a family tragedy, kung fu prodigy Li Fong (Ben Wang) is uprooted from his home in Beijing and forced to move to New York City with his mother. Li struggles to let go of his past as he tries to fit in with his new classmates, and although he doesn't want to fight, trouble seems to find him everywhere. When a new friend needs his help, Li enters a karate competition – but his skills alone aren't enough. Li's kung fu teacher Mr. Han (Jackie Chan) enlists original Karate Kid Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) for help, and Li learns a new way to fight, merging their two styles into one for the ultimate martial arts showdown.

Karate Kid: Legends arrives in theaters on May 30th.

Samwise Gamgee Returns To The Shire

A new Lord of the Rings LEGO set is making it's debut next week. To celebrate, Sean Astin returned to Middle-earth to tell us all about this new set: The Shire.

Like all the Lord of the Rings set,  The Shire is incredibly detailed (and incredibly expensive at $269.99), and includes 9 minifigures.

Avengers: Doomsday Has Begun

The saga of the Avengers is far from over. The next big storyline in the Multiverse Saga of the MCU brings together characters from several different Marvel tales: the Avengers of course, the X-Men, the Fantastic 4, Thunderbolts, and more. The first 27 members of the cast have been announced, including a returning face in a new role: Robert Downey, Jr as Doctor Doom.

Avengers: Doomsday arrives in theaters on May 1, 2026. 

The Final Season of Andor Looks Intense

A new trailer has arrived for season 2 of the Star Wars series Andor and it looks intense. Cassian Andor has now joined the Rebellion and they are up against incredible odds.

While Season 1 followed Cassian’s reluctant journey from cynical nobody to revolutionary volunteer, the long-awaited conclusion in Andor Season 2 will see the characters and their relationships intensify as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance. Everyone will be tested and, as the stakes rise, the betrayals, sacrifices and conflicting agendas will become profound. 

Rife with political intrigue, danger, tension, and high stakes, the thrill is a prequel to "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story", which portrayed a heroic band of rebels who steal the plans to the Empire’s weapon of mass destruction — the Death Star — setting the stage for the events of the original 1977 film, "Star Wars: A New Hope". Andor sets the clock back five years from the events of Rogue One to tell the story of the film’s hero, Cassian Andor, and his transformation into a rebel hero on his way to an epic destiny.

Season 2 of Andor arrives on DisneyPlus on April 22nd. New episodes will debut each Tuesday.

The next season of Doctor Who is nearly here! The Doctor has found a new companion, Belinda Chandra, but getting her back home may be more difficult than he thought.
