Loki Season 2 arrives on DisneyPlus on October 6th 5th.

Part Of Your World - The Little Mermaid

I finally had the chance to see Disney's live-action The Little Mermaid and I really enjoyed it. It was both delightfully familiar and unexpectedly unique, which made for a fantastic retelling of the classic story. And the songs still get stuck in your head, but in a good way.

This summer was the summer of the drive-in movie for us. We watched eleven new movies at the drive-in this summer, counting the three we watched last night, which is honestly more new titles than we usually watch in an entire year. It's been a blast, and the funs not over yet!

The Journey To The Marvels

They've each been on their own journey, but in The Marvels, Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan must team up to sort out their powers and save the universe.

Here's the official synopsis from Marvel: 

In Marvel Studios’ “The Marvels,” Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as “The Marvels.”

The Marvels arrives in theaters on November 10th.

The Headless Horseman - Bing Crosby

I'd never heard this version of "The Headless Horseman" by Bing Crosby before. It's a bit jazzier than the one in Disney's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. I rather like it.
