The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is Coming to Blu-ray and Digital

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is a fantastical retelling of a classic story. In this version, young Clara receives a key from her late mother, a key that will lead her on an unexpected adventure.

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms will be released on Blu-ray and Digital on January 29.

Kevin from Up! Is Headed to Animal Kingdom

If you like the Disney/Pixar film UP!, you probably remember Kevin, the large, exotic, mama bird who loves chocolate. Sometime next month, Kevin will join her UP! pals, Senior Wilderness Explorer Russell and his furry friend Dug, at Disney's Animal Kingdom. No one is quite sure where exactly she'll pop up, so be on the lookout. And remember, "Adventure is out there!"

These Toy Story POPVinyl are Absolutely Adorable

Funko has created an adorable collection of POPVinyls of some of our favorite Toy Story characters. The POP! Rides of Woody and RC on patrol is just too cute.

There are six more toys in the collection: Wheezy with his microphone, Slinky Dog, Bullseye, a Funko.com exclusive flocked Bullseye, Bo Peep, and Buzz Lightyear as Mrs. Nesbitt. I love that Buzz even has his arm removed and it's holding the teapot. Too funny! It's also nice to see Bo Peep, as she often seems to be left out. All of these Toy Story POPVinyl will be available soon.

New Captain Marvel TV Spot and Posters

Disney and Marvel released a new special look at Captain Marvel yesterday. It just gets better and better with each new glimpse. "Hope begins with her, with a hero."

They also released three stylish new posters, one each for IMAX, Real D, and Dolby.

Dolby

The Dolby poster is rather retro and features Captain Marvel in her red and blue suit surrounded by fighter jets.

Real D

The Real D poster shows Carol Danvers with the Star blazing on her uniform.

IMAX

The IMAX poster is rather sci-fi and has Captain Marvel ready for battle.

Here's the official synopsis from Marvel:

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.

The film stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Rune Temte, Algenis Perez Soto, Mckenna Grace, with Annette Bening, with Clark Gregg, and Jude Law.

Captain Marvel arrives in theaters on March 8.

These Dumbo Character Posters Are Delightful

There are five delightful new character posters for Disney's live-action Dumbo. I love that each poster has a Burton-esque circus look to it and a red and blue color scheme. The first poster features Dumbo, the adorable little elephant with the big ears.

Danny DeVito plays Max Medici, the owner of a struggling circus who is unsure what to do with this unexpected pachyderm.

Colin Farrell is Holt Farrier, a former star who, along with his two young children, takes care of baby Dumbo.

Eva Green is the lovely aerial artist, Colette Marchant, who performs at Dreamland.

Michael Keaton plays V.A. Vandevere, the owner of Dreamland, who wants Dumbo to fly in his show. But beneath it's glitter, Dreamland hides dark secrets.

It will be interesting to see Tim Burton's take on this classic Disney story. Dumbo flies into theaters on March 22.
