These Trick Or Treat POPVinyl Are Adorable

Funko/Disney
One of my favorite old Disney Halloween shorts features Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Donald's nephews are dressed up to go trick or treating on Halloween night when their uncle decides to play a trick on them. With the help of a witch named Witch Hazel, the boys eventually get their candy and have a lot of fun in the process.

Disney
Funko has created an adorable set of three POPVinyl figures of Huey, Dewey, and Louie in their Halloween costumes. Huey is dressed as a devil, Dewey as a witch, and Louie as a ghost. The set is available directly from Funko as a shop exclusive. So cute!

The Toydarian Toymaker in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

The Toydarian Toymaker is a fascinating little shop in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Outside the shop, you'll find kid-sized speeders such as a speeder bike from Endor and a blue land speeder like the one Han Solo stole.

The shop, which is little more than a market stall, is absolutely filled with amazing toys made by Zabaka the Toydarian.

Stuffed figures with a handmade quality are piled on shelves and tables. Stormtroopers, Rey, Chewbacca, Yoda, Wicket, and a pile of Porgs are just a few of the soft toys for sale.

There are also many puzzles and games, most of them wooden. I really liked this Death Star maze which is delightfully complicated.

This Jedi Holocron puzzle cube is a very detailed, seven piece puzzle.

A music box, covered in Imperial symbols, plays the Imperial March and says "Together we can bring order to the galaxy" inside the lid.

And even more stuffed toys, including Finn, Ahsoka Tano, Princess Leia, Kylo Ren, Darth Vader, and Lando Calrissian. There are many more toys crammed into this tiny shop, with something to appeal to every Star Wars fan, young or old.

Breakfast In Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
All of the food in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is unique and breakfast is no exception. We tried three different breakfasts on our trip to Batuu and all of them were intriguing and pretty delicious.

At Ronto Roasters, I tried the Ronto Morning Wrap. The wrap consists of scrambled eggs, grilled pork sausage, shredded cheddar, and peppercorn sauce wrapped in pita bread. I ordered it without the peppercorn sauce and found that I really enjoyed it. The wrap is rather expensive at $12.49, but really good, too.

The next morning, we decided to try a sit down breakfast at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. We ordered the Bright Suns Morning and a Mustafarian Lava Roll. The Bright Suns Morning consists of a three-cheese egg bite, pork sausage, purple potato hash, and a mini Mustafarian Lava Roll. The egg is cheesy, the sausage, the same one from Ronto Roasters, is delicious, and the hash is an intriguing mix of purple potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. In all, it's a good, filling breakfast that costs $10.99.

The Mustafarian Lava Roll is like an over-the-top cinnamon roll. It has an interesting smoky flavor, and a sweet frosting with crushed oreos on top. The roll is unique and surprisingly good. The Mustafarian Lava Roll is available at Docking Bay 7 and Oga's Cantina for $5.99.

A Special Look At Maleficent: Mistress of Evil

Disney
Maleficent arrives in theaters in a month, so we're now being treated to a special look at the film. This clip reveals more of Queen Ingrith's motives in allowing Prince Phillip to marry Aurora.

If you'd like to see more before Maleficent: Mistress of Evil arrives in theaters on October 18, a sneak peek is coming to Disney Parks. Starting on Sepember 27, guests can catch the clip at Walt Disney Presents in Hollywood Studios and Sunset Showcase Theater in the evenings at Disneyland. Guests aboard Disney Cruise Line and at Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris will also be treated to a preview.

These Two New Maleficent: Mistress of Evil Posters Are Striking

Disney
Two new Maleficent: Mistress of Evil posters have arrived. The first is a RealD exclusive and the second is for IMAX.

Disney
The posters are striking, black and white images of Maleficent. The IMAX poster is very dark, which seems appropriate for this new story.

Disney
There's also a new TV spot and tickets for the film are on sale now. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil looks delightfully dark. I can't wait to watch it!

Here's the official synopsis from Disney:

Maleficent: Mistress of Evil is a fantasy adventure that picks up several years after “Maleficent,” in which audiences learned of the events that hardened the heart of Disney’s most notorious villain and drove her to curse a baby Princess Aurora. The film continues to explore the complex relationship between the horned fairy and the soon to be Queen as they form new alliances and face new adversaries in their struggle to protect the moors and the magical creatures that reside within. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil arrives in theaters on October 18.

Chef Minnie Passholder Gifts At The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

Disney has been giving Annual Passholders cute character magnets for several years now. They are a fun, free collectible that can often be found at the various EPCOT festivals. This year, Passholders can pick up a Chef Minnie magnet on their first visit to the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival.

But who can visit the Food and Wine Festival just once, right? There's so many foods to try that it definitely takes a few visits to try most of it. For the past few years, Disney has had an additional gift for Passholders who visit the festival multiple times. The gift has changed over the years: wine glasses, tumblers, and cheese boards to name a few. This year, Passholders will receive a set of coasters on their fourth visit. The set of four wooden coasters, complete with holder, feature a wood-burned Chef Minnie. They're rather fun and more usable than some of the previous gifts. So, if you're an Annual Passholder, be sure to pick them up.

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Featurette And Singing Fizzgigs

Jim Henson Company
The Dark Crystal was one of my favorite films as a child. In this behind-the-scenes look at the making of The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, it looks like the cast loved it, too.

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance is a prequel to the original film. It tells the story of the Gelflings and what happened when they discovered that the Skeksis weren't as benevolent as they seemed.

And now, some fizzgigs singing the song of Thra. Fizzgigs are so cute! The full series, 10 episodes, is now available on Netflix.

Dok Ondar's Den of Antiquities Is Fascinating

One of the most alien shops in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is Dok Ondar's Den of Antiquities. The shop is decorated as though it was really a collection of antiques collected across the galaxy. There's so much to look at! Just outside the shop, you'll notice a few statues, including one of a Jedi master originally seen outside the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.

As you enter the shop, you'll see an ancient Jedi battle scene, formerly seen hanging on a wall in Palpatine's office.

There are intriguing creatures everywhere you look in Dok Ondar's. One wall in features an interesting collection of alien taxidermy, including a Tauntaun head from Hoth. A Nexu, like the one that attacked Padme in the Geonosian arena, is another of the mounted heads. There are also several weapons, like a Gamorrean axe.

Have you ever wondered what a Sarlacc looks like beneath the surface? Well here's your chance to see the creature from Tatooine in all its glory.

This adorable critter is called an Ollopom. It is found in the Gungan Swamps on Naboo, where it is often mistaken for a plant.

This tank contains a young Dianoga, the same species as the creature that attacked Luke Skywalker in the trash compactor.

Everywhere you look, you'll see both familiar and exotic collectibles. There are weapons and helmets from Stormtroopers, Imperial Guards, and one that looks like Leia's Boushh disguise.

And finally, you can see Dok Ondar himself. The Ithorian collector keeps watch over his shop from a cage near the counter. In addition to all of the amazing references to 40 years of Star Wars films, Dok Ondar's Den of Antiquities does have items for sale, though they may cause a bit of sticker shock. The holocrons, both Jedi and Sith, are really cool, but cost $50. There are Jedi robes and accessories, Sith costumes, and even a white Leia dress from A New Hope. There's so much to look at that I can't wait to stop in again.

Remy Is Everywhere At This Year's EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

Remy is everywhere at the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. Our favorite little chef who proved that anyone can cook is the perfect mascot for a festival filled with treats and eats from around the world.

As soon as you enter the park, you'll find Remy on the Festival Passport. This guide to all of the foods and beverages available at the various booths has everything you need to help you keep track of your dining choices. An adorable Remy gift card is also available. The card, which hangs from the wrist, makes paying for all of those delightful dishes exceptionally easy.

For a little more adventure, pick up a map and stickers to play Remy's Ratatouille Hide and Squeak. The map is available at several locations for $6.99. Circles on the map tell you which locations have a hidden Remy, but this year, there's a catch.

In the past, Remy was always out in the open, but this year, he's inside retail locations where he can be protected from the weather. When you're searching for Remy, just remember to look up. He always likes to hide where he can't be reached.

Each Remy is holding an ingredient needed to make Ratatouille: peppers, onions, olive oil, eggplant, salt and pepper, etcetera. Place the matching sticker on your map and look for the next location. When you've found every Remy, take your map to Port of Entry to choose your prize. A cast member will stamp the back to show that you've completed the map.

This year's prize is a travel cup. There are four different designs to choose from: Remy, Figment, Mickey, and Minnie. Of course, I chose Remy.

Each cup also has the "Taste your way around the world" logo. The cups are a fun and useful souvenir of your visit to the Food and Wine Festival.

Finally, if you want even more Remy, how about an adorable spoon straw. The plastic spoon looks wooden and has Remy in his chef's hat hanging on as if stirring. I found this Remy at Sunshine Seasons. So cute!

These Souvenirs From A Galaxy Far, Far Away Are Awesome

One of the coolest thing about a visit to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is the souvenirs. The markets of Batuu are filled with delightful items like costumes, clothing, and toys. However, some of my favorite souvenirs are the maps and specialty food containers found throughout the land.

When you walk into Hollywood Studios, be sure to grab a map. The latest map is printed on slightly heavier paper than a typical Disney map. It's also printed with metallic ink. As you open it, the map focuses on the amazing sights that can be found in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

The second fold has even more information about Star Wars throughout the park as well as a guide to Aurebesh, the language of the Star Wars universe. The map then shows all of the rides. attractions, and dining at Hollywood Studios like a regular park map. It's a very cool and free collectible.

As you head from the main park into Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, pick up a Traveler's Guide from a cast member. The guide is printed on heavy paper in flat ink, unlike any map I've seen at Disney. It's smaller than a regular map and has information about Batuu on one side and a map and a Galactic Guide to Star Wars throughout Hollywood Studios on the other.

It also has a guide to Aurebesh and every section is labeled in English and Aurebesh. The Traveler's Guide is another fun freebie.

One of my favorite souvenirs is the Batuuan Spira. The heavy, metal coin is actually a Disney Gift Card. When you first load the card, you have to add a minimum of $100. The Spira is labeled in Aurebesh. It says "Spira" and "BSO" short for Black Spire Outpost. The Spira can then be used anywhere Disney Gift Cards are accepted. It's a fun way to pay for food and collectibles throughout Batuu. And when it's empty, it's a fun souvenir of your trip off world. The Batuuan Spira is available at the Droid Depot. If you walk around to the back of the shop, you can enter and purchase your Spira without waiting with the Droid makers.

If food related souvenirs are more your speed, there's no shortage of those either. The smallest, and least expensive, is the round, thermal detonator Coke products. You can buy Coke, Diet Coke, or Sprite. The outer lid of these bottles is removable, but it's difficult to open or close the bottle without it. They aren't cheap at $6 each, but they are pretty cool.

Perhaps you prefer a larger collectible drink, and one you can only find on Batuu. If so, why not order a Bubo Wamba Family Farms Light-Up Sipper from the Milk Stand. It comes filled with either Blue Milk (my favorite) or Green Milk (Bean's favorite). The plant based drinks defy explanation regarding flavor, but they are surprisingly good. The sipper is pretty cool, with a Bantha design on one side and a Thala-siren on the other. It has a switch to turn on the light-up function on the bottom, and a carry strap (I always recommend unclipping the strap release, tying the strap in a half knot, and reclipping the strap. Trust me, you'll  be glad you did when you avoid dropping it unexpectedly.) The Sipper is a little pricey at $24.99, but it comes with a good amount of "milk."

Finally, if specialty Disney Popcorn Buckets are something you just can't resist, Batuu has got you covered.  At Kat Saka's Kettle, you'll find a MSE-6 Repair Droid, or mouse droid, filled with the special Outpost Mix popcorn. The top of the droid as a lid that opens to accept a bag of popcorn. The wheel turn and it has a carry strap. The Droid popcorn bucket is $19.99. The popcorn is an intriguing mix of sweet and spicy that I quite enjoyed.

So, with a wealth of souvenirs to choose from, which ones will you bring home?
